At Paper My Walls, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt on new & unopened items only. You will need to contact us prior to any merchandise being returned for any reason. * Please note that refunds and exchanges will only be issued against items that are returned undamaged and in their original condition. For any defective items, please contact us via email at info@papermywalls.com or call 888-385-6667 for directions.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us - Tell us why you're returning the item(s) and if there were any problems with the merchandise.

2. Pack Your Return - Wrap your item(s) carefully in a box and enclose a copy of your original invoice with the returned item(s).

3. Ship Your Return - Please ship your return using a traceable and preferably insured method of shipment (e.g.: USPS Priority Post, UPS, FedEx) to ensure protection against any loss during shipment. There will be no credit given on the original shipping fee and the returned shipping fee.

4. Check Your Email - We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return, and that the proper credit or debit card account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account within 24 hours after we have received your return. Returns against items paid for by check or money order will be refunded by check.

 

Making an Exchange
Paper My Walls is happy to exchange your merchandise for another style or item within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We ask that you contact customer service at toll free 888-385-6667 or email at info@papermywalls.com prior to any exchange made. We will hold the item(s) you want in exchange until we receive the original merchandise. After the original item(s) has been received, we will email you and let you know when your new item(s) will ship to you. Please note that there will be another shipping charge to ship your new product(s) to you. * Also, please remember that exchanges will be made only if the returned item(s) are in their original undamaged condition.
